Having an accountability partner greatly increases your chances of sticking to and reaching your goals. Think of this person as your “Partner in Crime”. Do You Bribe Yourself with Rewards Along the Way? You Should!

Let’s be honest. When you have a big goal you are trying to accomplish, it can sometimes be hard to stay motivated about it for weeks and months to come. And sometimes we have goals that we aren’t even excited about in the first place, like becoming more active and exercising at least a few times a week.
