I love statement necklace to make a basic outfit pop. Since I am still learning to step outside of my comfort zone, I went to Eloquii to get a few statement pieces for my workwear. When I first saw this Ruffle Sleeve dress, I wanted to grab it in black first. However, the lovely Kristen at Eloquii’s Pentagon City store convinced me to try on this dress in yellow. Once I threw the cape on with this dress, I knew it was a winner. In a Queen State of Mind

If you follow me on Instagram, then you probably saw my announcement a couple months ago announcing a collaboration with three other bloggers. If you missed the announcement, meet the District Queens..
