I’m here to give you three self-care tips you need to enjoy winter.

One of the most difficult things about winter is the high-probability of getting sick. Whether it’s a sore throat, stuffy nose, or dangerous flu, you’ll want to protect yourself while still enjoying the season’s benefits. And these days the strain of cold or flu is even stronger, so instead of being sick for 3-4 days, you’re down for at least a week.
While flu vaccinations and over the counter medicines are common, you can avoid those altogether by taking vitamins like probiotics, which has many benefits, but one of those is boosting your immune system.
