I used to always say, I can cook anything but breakfast food and fish. But all of that has changed. I still won’t offer to make anyone eggs, but I can whip up some bacon or some mean red velvet waffles. I’ve also been trying to expand cooking expertise with fish. I started with salmon, then tilapia and now I’ve conquered cod. This recipe is quick and easy to whip up and the garlic herb butter is mmm mmm good.
