I love to make fresh iced tea in the summertime and one of my favorites is ginger peach iced tea.  This cool drink is a great way to beat the heat this summer because it’s nice and refreshing. The best part? This quick and easy Instant Pot version is ready to enjoy in under 30 minutes! Tip: Remove tea bags as soon as the pressure has been fully released to prevent bitterness. If you prefer stronger tea and want to leave the bags in longer, add a pinch of baking soda prior to brewing. Pan-Seared Tuna Steaks with Lemon-Caper Sauce

It rained a lot this past weekend in Maryland, which meant I stayed at home to clean and cook. I love to eat tuna steaks eat, but had never cooked with them before.  I  decided to make this tuna dish with a lemon-caper sauce because I LOVE lemon and capers together.
